Jennifer Spalding - Owner & Certified Residential Appraiser

Jennifer attended The Evergreen State College and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Science and Geographic Information Systems in 1996.  Prior to becoming an Appraiser she spent ten years providing consulting and project management services for the National Guard, Washington Utilities, City Departments, and many local Engineering Firms.  This experience provided a strong foundation for the high level of quality, thoroughness, and accuracy currently present in her appraisal work.  

Jennifer maintains relationships with many local top brokers, lenders, and investors in order to maintain the  highest level of market awareness and trends.

She currently lives on a small farm with 5 dogs, 2 cats, 12 chickens, and 2 horses.
